He has handled trials, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, hearings, and emergency hearings with success.

Helping individuals and families has always been a passion for Mr. Claery. He participated in the University of Maryland's internship program with the Hope Housing project. Here, he was able to help families in the poorest sections of Washington, D.C. learn to work together to develop enrichment programs for their children in a cooperative setting.

Mr. Claery is a member of the California Bar Association and the Washington, D.C. Bar Association, as well as the local Los Angeles County and San Diego County Bar Associations.
Mr. Claery has contributed numerous donations to the University of Maryland’s scholarship programs for honors students, supported local and national philanthropic organizations, and he deeply enjoys helping others in need.
