Mr. Green embraces challenges and he passionately advocates for Claery & Green's clients' family law needs. Partner Green also has appeared across the nation in various states at federal security clearance hearings. Moreover, he has worked on security clearance appeals and helped individuals prepare security clearance paperwork. He is truly one of the nation's most valuable security clearance advocates. Furthermore, Mr. Green earned an advanced legal degree, an LLM in Taxation, from the esteemed University of Missouri-Kansas City and has drafted hundreds of wills while practicing as a military attorney. Mr. Green attended the University of Kansas' prestigious law school. During law school Mr. Green was very active and took advantage of the school's numerous opportunities. He is admitted to the United State's Federal Court and an active member of the State Bar of California and has historically been active in both Kansas and Washington. Mr. Green is also a member of both Los Angeles County and San Diego County BAR Associations. Mr. Green is married and has three children.
